Buyer:
Under this agreement, the "Buyer" refers to the individual or legal entity that has created a membership through the AnalyzeWare platform and/or purchased any service. The Buyer is considered a party to the agreement with their registered identity and contact information.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement covers the procedures and principles related to the sale of digital software services offered through the AnalyzeWare platform to the Buyer remotely over the internet. The service is provided by membership in the online platform and/or purchasing a specific analysis package.

3. Basic Features of the Service

The Buyer has been informed about the scope, content, terms of use, and pricing of the service on the AnalyzeWare website (https://analyzeware.com). The purchased service may vary according to the selected analysis package and is offered entirely in a digital environment.

4. Establishment of the Agreement

The Buyer declares that they accept all the terms of this agreement by purchasing the services available on the AnalyzeWare site. The agreement becomes effective with the Buyer's online confirmation.

5. Fee and Payment

The service fee is clearly shown to the Buyer at the time of purchase and is collected upon approval. Prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Payment is made by credit card or electronic payment methods.

6. Delivery and Performance

Delivery occurs in the digital environment. The service is made available to the Buyer after the payment is completed. There is no physical delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, there is no right of withdrawal for services where digital content is provided and performance has begun immediately. The Buyer accepts that they waive the right of withdrawal with this information when purchasing the service.

8. Termination and Refund Conditions

  • The Buyer may cancel their membership for monthly/subscription-based services at any time; however, the amount paid for the period cannot be refunded.

  • The Seller will intervene within a reasonable time in case of interruptions in the service due to technical reasons. A proportional refund will be made if continuous and permanent service cannot be provided.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

AnalyzeWare processes the personal data of the Buyer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Detailed information can be found on the [Privacy Policy] page.

10. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence shall be authorized according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

11. Effectiveness

This agreement shall come into effect as soon as it is read and approved by the Buyer in electronic form. This agreement, consisting of 11 (eleven) articles, is binding between the parties.
