1. Delivery Conditions
AnalyzeWare is a fully digital service. There is no delivery of any physical products.
The purchased services become active in the digital environment immediately after the payment process is completed and are assigned to the user account.
Delivery is done in the form of providing access to the service, and it is sufficient to access the platform by logging in with your email address.

2. Return Conditions
For digital services purchased through AnalyzeWare, the right of withdrawal exception applies.
According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, if the delivery of digital content has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.The buyer is clearly informed about this when purchasing the service and agrees that they waive the right of withdrawal.
However, in the event that the service cannot be used due to a technical issue or a permanent access problem caused by the Seller, the user may be offered proportional refunds or free extensions.
In monthly subscriptions, the user can cancel their membership at any time. However, no refund will be made for any fee related to the canceled period.
In annual subscriptions, refunds are not made except for special campaigns. In case of a valid and documentable technical issue, you can request a situation assessment by applying to bilgi@strateji360.com.
3. Subscription Cancellation
The user can perform the cancellation process from the "Subscription" page in their account according to the type of package purchased.
The canceled subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period; after that, access to the service ends.
After the subscription cancellation, user data is permanently deleted or anonymized at the end of the legal retention period.
